Graceful Heritage is a local company providing quality care for the elderly aged 60 years and over in Oyo State, Nigeria. Our core area of specialism are: residential care home management (delivering care to people who live in our care home), domiciliary care provider (delivering care in people’s homes), social care training provider, provider of social care staff to private individuals and other social care organisations and we are an authorised supplier of elderly living aid and equipment.

Our dementia friendly care home in Nigeria; Hope Villa Care Home is located in Felele Rab, Ibadan, Oyo-State.

The care home has 10 fully furnished bedrooms, 8 are en-suite. Our care home has all of the comforts you would expect, with the small personal touches that makes a real difference.

Within our beautiful home surroundings, we have a range of features and areas such as the gazebo and our mini farm with chicken, rabbits, ducks and goats to support our cherished residents to not only spend their days in the comfort of a relaxing, warm, and welcoming environment but also surrounded by opportunities to live life to the full.

The property is gated with 24-hour uniformed security personnel supported by CCTV. Our senior management team has been involved in care for over twenty years and works in partnership with staff, residents, families, social workers and other multidisciplinary specialist. The care home is run by a manager with a certified qualification, a nurse, supervisors, and qualified care assistants.

We know leaving the care of a loved one to someone else can be a difficult and distressing decision for all concerned. It is a decision that understandably can come with anxiety and guilt at times. However, we pride ourselves in providing homely facilities with trained staff delivering a high standard of care to our residents.

Within our care home, we encourage open communication between residents and our care team. This is to ensure that every resident is happy and can talk openly about their lives with each other, and with our team. This helps us to deliver a person-centred care and individuality is central to our care ensuring individuals choices and family wishes are respected.

Living alone, ill health and generally old age can bring about a feeling of vulnerability, helplessness, and anxiety. Our organisation has created a safe dementia-friendly environment that makes the residents feel warm and calm knowing they can relax and take pleasure in the fact that everything will be done for them in a professional and friendly manner.

This in turn enables the friends and families to enjoy peace of mind, confident in the knowledge that their loved one is safe and well cared for.

The warm presence of family is always welcome, and relatives are encouraged to stay connected to their loved ones through regular visit, phone calls and days out. You can visit the care home at any time during the day without any appointment. We only ask that mealtimes are avoided, and we hope that you will join in some activities and events that happen regularly.
